Open a BankFIRST Checking account.
Complete the Business Profile Form prior to coming in to open your BankFIRST Business Checking account. Once you have filled out the form in its entirety, see a Client Relationship Specialist at one of our 12 convenient locations to assist you in determining which account(s) fits you best.
You may also fax your completed paperwork to your preferred location – fax numbers for each office can be found on our website.
To make the process even faster, please bring the following when you come to open your BankFIRST Business Checking Account:
- Business Profile Form
- Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization (if applicable)
- Operating Agreement for LLC
- SS-4 Form
- Copy of Driver’s License for each authorized signer on the account.
- Also, in order to determine the best account type for your business, it would be helpful for you to bring your Account Analysis Statement and/or previous months’ bank statements.
Please remember, you should never send personal, confidential information via email.
Stop actively using your former account.
Allow time for outstanding checks to clear. Destroy your ATM and/or Debit card(s), any unused checks, and deposit slips.
Transfer any Automatic Payments and Debits to BankFIRST.
Use the Automatic Payment Request Form to assist you in quickly making the switch. Some examples of Automatic Payments may include Merchant Services transactions, monthly bill payments and/or monthly loan payments.
Change your account for your payroll processing.
If you currently use an outside source to process your payroll, use the Payroll Processing Request Form to notify the company to begin processing your payroll from your new BankFIRST account.
Close your previous Checking account.
