Brad Lighthall, Retail Banking Officer, joined Bank First in December 2019.  Before becoming a member of the Bank First lending team, Brad gained extensive experience in the entire home-buying process while managing a title company in Manitowoc for three years.  He takes great pride in helping individuals and families reach their personal financial goals through purchasing, refinancing or building a home.

Brad strives to be involved in a way that will assist in continuing the upward trajectory we are currently seeing in our community.  He has a true passion for all things finance and real estate and loves to share this passion with others in an effort to inspire growth and positive change.

Brad, his wife and daughter reside in Manitowoc and love spending time downtown, but they also enjoy going to Milwaukee Bucks games and traveling north to spend time on the lake.
