Jodi Conrad, Vice President Retail Market Manager, joined Bank First in July of 2019. She has almost 20 years of retail banking experience helping customers with all their financial needs. Jodi understands the importance of providing great customer service and makes it a priority to build long-term banking relationships with her clients. She takes pride in helping her customers achieve their financial goals.
Jodi has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is very active her the community and has held several board/committee positions at her daughters' schools. She is also the Treasurer of the Grafton Basketball Club and enjoys meeting local families and members of the community through the organization's events and activities. In her free time, Jodi enjoys traveling and watching her girls' various sporting events.
