Matt Longworth, Assistant Vice President - Agricultural Banking, joined Bank First in 2021 and has over 12 years of experience in agribusiness banking. His expertise includes credit structuring, cash flow and risk management, tax implications, and commodity marketing. Matt partners with farms and agribusinesses of all sizes to provide financial solutions specific to their ever-changing and unique needs.

Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in agribusiness with a minor in agronomy from UW - River Falls. He then attended the Wisconsin Bankers Association Agricultural Lending School to further his expertise in agricultural lending.
