While Naji works primarily from our Sheboygan office, he also travels to Plymouth.

Naji Allan, Assistant Vice President – Business Banking, joined Bank First in 2019 as a Business Banking Analyst and has quickly progressed into a key member of the business banking team. Naji’s primary objective is to build enduring relationships with his clients and help them reach their full potential by providing tailored financial tools and strategies that fit the needs of their business. He aims to instill confidence, ensuring they see him as their trusted advisor and feel comfortable reaching out whenever they need assistance.

Naji earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and international business management at UW - Oshkosh and his MBA at UW - Milwaukee. He serves on the board of John Michael Kohler Art Center and on the finance committee for the Boys and Girls Club of Sheboygan County.
