If you suspect fraud has occurred, acting promptly can help minimize potential losses and prevent further unauthorized activity. Whether you've noticed suspicious account activity, unexpected charges, or believe your personal information has been compromised, contact Bank First right away. Our team can help secure your accounts, review recent activity, and provide guidance based on your situation.

Contact us right away using a trusted phone number if you have provided account details, passwords, or sent funds due to a scam.

credit cardLost or Stolen Debit or Credit Card

  • To report a lost or stolen Debit/ATM Card, call 1-800-554-8969
  • To report a lost or stolen Credit Card, call 1-855-325-0905
  • To obtain a replacement card, contact your local Bank First office. 


You can also turn off your card immediately through the "Cards" menu in digital banking. Debit/ATM PINs can be changed within the same menu or at any of our branch ATMs.

  • Contact Bank First as soon as possible
  • Change passwords and security settings on affected accounts
  • Review recent transactions and account activity
