Bill Bradley

Bill Bradley, Region President, joined Bank First in 2013 and has over 23 years of banking experience. Bill leads the team of bankers in the Bank's Fox Valley Region, which includes Fond du Lac, Outagamie, and Winnebago Counties, as well as the surrounding area. With a deep history in banking, Bill is committed to supporting businesses in achieving their objectives by offering comprehensive financial solutions and expert advice. He is dedicated to helping businesses reach their full potential by providing the right financial tools and strategies.

Bill earned his bachelor's degree in business from UW-Oshkosh. Active in the community, he has served as a board member of the Fox Cities YMCA, Reach Counseling, and Wisconsin Business Development. Bill is also a member of Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries (MBBI). He is involved in the Fox Cities area, serving on various committees and coaching youth sports. A native of northeast Wisconsin, Bill resides in Appleton with his wife, Julie, and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, skiing, boating, hunting, and spending time with his family.
