Dave Marshick

Dave Marshick, Region President, brings more than 20 years of business banking experience to his role. Dave leads the team of bankers in the Bank's Stateline Region, which includes Green, Rock, Walworth, and Winnebago (IL) counties, as well as the surrounding area. He partners with companies to strengthen their financial position and support long-term success. Dave believes strong relationships are the foundation of effective banking. He takes time to understand each organization's goals and delivers thoughtful, forward-looking financial solutions that support sustainable growth.

Dave earned a bachelor's degree in economics from UW-Madison. He is highly involved in the Janesville community and has served with organizations including Forward Janesville, Downtown Janesville Inc., Janesville City Council, and currently serves on the board of directors for Blackhawk Technical College.
