Erica Strohm, VP - Retail Market Manager, brings more than 30 years of banking experience and is dedicated to serving mortgage clients throughout Walworth County. Known for her approachable style and genuine care, Erica takes the time to understand each client's goals and guides them with personalized mortgage solutions. She finds her greatest fulfillment in helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership while strengthening their financial well-being.

A graduate of UW-Whitewater with a degree in management, Erica remains actively involved in the community through the Geneva Lake West Chamber, Lakes Area Realtor Association, and Lakeland Builders Association. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and family, whether hiking or enjoying the water.
