Frank McDermott, VP - Business Banking, joined Bank First in 2022 and has 20 years of banking experience, including nine years in the mortgage industry. He understands a wide range of businesses, including their cash flow cycles and how they are affected by economic changes. As each business has its unique formula for success, Frank enjoys learning about a company's origin and the owner's long-term vision.

Frank holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and additional accreditation from the Wisconsin Bankers Association. In 2024, he joined the WBA Financial Crimes Committee Board of Directors to proactively address growing concerns in the banking industry, including elder abuse, phishing scams, and fraud prevention. Frank is also actively involved in his community as a member of the Stoughton, Portage, and Poynette Chambers of Commerce. A long-time Columbia County resident, Frank and his family have called the area home for more than two decades.
