Jessica Kosnicki

Jessica Kosnicki, Retail Banking Officer, joined Bank First in March 2025 bringing nearly a decade of experience in the financial industry. Jessica is dedicated to helping buyers navigate the home financing journey. She understands that a home is one of the biggest investments a person can make and is committed to delivering exceptional service every step of the way. With her experience in the mortgage industry, Jessica prioritizes clear communication and ensures her customers feel informed, supported, and valued.

Jessica earned an associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and is a graduate of the Leadership Shawano County program. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the Wolf River Builders Association board, where she previously held the role of President, and as Treasurer for Sun Drop Dayz. Additionally, Jessica is a member of the Shawano Area Young Professionals Organization, demonstrating her commitment to local business growth and community engagement. She lives in Shawano with her son and enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, and traveling.
