Josh Neeb

While Josh's primary office is in Sheboygan, he also travels to Manitowoc.

Josh Neeb, Region President, joined Bank First in 2018 and has over 24 years of experience in the banking industry. Josh leads the team of bankers in the Bank's Manitowoc and Sheboygan Regions, which includes Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties and the surrounding area. For Josh, the cornerstone of business banking lies in fostering relationships built on trust. He believes in comprehensively understanding his clients' businesses to establish enduring connections. Recognizing that every interaction is a foundation for deeper rapport and trust, Josh is dedicated to nurturing these relationships to better serve his clients' evolving needs.

Josh earned his bachelor's degree from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, where he majored in finance and accounting. Josh is deeply committed to community engagement, serving as a Church Council Elder and volunteering for various church activities and Bank First events. He also dedicates his time to coaching youth sports. Previously, Josh held leadership roles as the board president of Oostburg Christian School and as a member of the Sheboygan Optimist and Sheboygan Rotary Clubs. Josh enjoys outdoor activities and thrives on competition. Whether hunting, fishing, boating, camping, or sports, he embraces every opportunity to engage in outdoor and competitive activities.
