Kaleb Schinschke

Kaleb Schinschke, Business Banking Representative, joined Bank First in 2023 and is dedicated to building strong customer relationships while helping businesses find the right financial solutions. Kaleb takes the time to understand each client's unique needs and goals, ensuring they receive thoughtful guidance tailored to their success.

Kaleb graduated summa cum laude from UW-Green Bay with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Finance, along with a minor in International Business. He is actively involved in his community, serving as Chair of the Investment/Audit Committee for the Oshkosh Area United Way and volunteering with the International Children's Fund since 2019. Additionally, Kaleb participates in organizations and events such as Battle on Bago, Waterfest, Rotary Club of Oshkosh, PULSE Young Professionals Network, and Propel Oshkosh. He is also a graduate of Leadership Oshkosh's Class of 2024. Outside of work, Kaleb enjoys golfing and home renovation projects, combining his passion for hands-on work with a background in construction. He also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
