Krystal Kubichka

Krystal works from both our Bellevue and Sturgeon Bay offices, traveling frequently between the two locations.

Krystal Kubichka, AVP - Retail Banking, joined Bank First in July 2025. She has over 25 years of customer service experience, including 13 years in mortgage lending and retail banking, helping individuals and families navigate everything from home financing to everyday budgeting. Known for her creativity, attention to detail, and customer-first approach, Krystal is passionate about making complex financial decisions easier to understand, whether guiding a first-time homebuyer or helping a family plan for their dream home.

Krystal earned an associate's degree in financial institutions management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay. She is active in the community, serving as a board member for the Door County Housing Partnership and as a member of the Education Committee for the Brown County Home Builders Association. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, baking, crafting, hunting, fishing, hiking, and vacationing with her family.
