Luke Schulte

Luke Schulte, VP - Business Banking, joined Bank First in 2023 with over 22 years of experience in the financial industry. He is committed to his clients' success and excels at generating personalized solutions for all types of businesses. His unwavering dedication to client satisfaction is reflected in his lifelong relationships with his customers.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and a minor in computer science from UW-Platteville. He also holds a Wisconsin Property and Casualty, Surety, and Crop Insurance license. Involved in his community, Luke serves on the board of directors for the Sparta Area Chamber of Commerce and as an ambassador for the Greater Tomah Area Chamber of Commerce, where he fosters strong connections with local businesses. Additionally, he dedicates his time as a volunteer coach and mentor to his son's interests and activities. He resides in Sparta with his family and enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, golfing, and motorcycling.
