Mark Leach

Mark Leach, Chief Wealth Management Officer, provides strategic leadership for Bank First's Trust & Wealth Management team. He oversees the Trust Group, including estate settlement, agency services, trusts, and guardianships, as well as the bank's investment services. Mark brings over 40 years of financial services experience, providing steady leadership and a long-term perspective for clients and the Trust & Wealth Management team.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics, Business Administration, and Marketing from MacMurray College and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from St. Ambrose University. He completed Cannon Financial Institute's Personal Trust Schools and Personal Trust Graduate School and earned the Certified Retirement Services Professional designation.
