Nick Molepske

Nick Molepske, Business Banking Representative, joined Bank First in 2021 and is dedicated to helping businesses grow through thoughtful, personalized financial solutions. He strives to build lasting relationships by gaining a deep understanding of each business's unique background, goals, and vision. This insight enables Nick to deliver value-driven solutions and strategies tailored to empower business owners and support their long-term success.

Nick graduated summa cum laude from UW-Eau Claire in 2023 with a degree in Finance. He has passed the CFA Level I exam and is currently preparing for Level II in 2026. Active in his community, Nick volunteers with Fresh Meals on Wheels in Sheboygan and is a graduate of the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2025. Outside of work, Nick enjoys CrossFit, water skiing, and spending time outdoors. He's passionate about traveling, especially visiting U.S. national parks, and enjoys reading finance books and connecting with his community in his free time.
