Rich Hildebrandt

Rich Hildebrandt, VP - Business Banking, joined Bank First in August 2026 and brings more than 35 years of banking experience. He is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering financial solutions that help businesses thrive. His background in commercial lending, portfolio management, and business development allows him to deliver guidance tailored to each customer's unique goals.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, graduating cum laude from UW–Whitewater, and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at UW–Madison. Active in the community, Rich is a member of the Big Foot Lions Club and Geneva Lake West Rotary, where he previously served as president. He has also dedicated his time to local youth programs as a basketball and little league coach and served on the Walworth Joint School District No. 1 Board of Education.
