About Scott
Scott Jandrin, VP – Business Banking, joined Bank First in 2026. With a strong background in business banking and relationship management, he specializes in commercial lending, cash management, and working capital solutions. Known for his relationship-focused approach, Scott works closely with businesses to understand their unique needs and deliver customized financial strategies.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Marian College. He is actively involved in his community through volunteer leadership, youth coaching, educational programs, and local civic organizations.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys coaching and supporting his two daughters' sports and activities. He and his partner, Kim, enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, staying active, spending time outdoors, and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams.
