Shane Reitzner, VP - Retail Banking, has been in banking for 15 years. His knowledge of all aspects of lending makes his position at Bank First a natural fit. Developing relationships with his clients allows him to make his job more personal and rewarding. Furthermore, it allows him to match his clients' specific needs to the Bank First service that best suits them.

A true Packers and Badger fan, Shane enjoys golf and other outdoor activities with his wife, Hannah. They also spend time supporting dance opportunities for their daughter.
