Sharon Phillips

Sharon Phillips, Retail Banking Officer, brings more than 40 years of mortgage lending experience serving customers in Wisconsin and Illinois. She specializes in first-time homebuyer programs, including USDA Rural Development, WHEDA, and down payment assistance options. She works closely with borrowers throughout purchase and refinance transactions, providing guidance at every step.

Sharon serves on the Loan Committee for NeighborWorks Blackhawk Region, an organization dedicated to providing counseling and education to low-to-moderate income homebuyers and homeowners. She is also an active member of the Morning Optimist Club of Monroe.
