Steve Diehl

Steve Diehl, Business Banking Officer, joined Bank First in 2019. His primary objective is to build a partnership with his clients, establishing trust, rapport, and an open line of communication for a long-lasting business relationship. Steve ensures his clients receive value-adding insights and advice beyond basic banking services, such as industry trends, market opportunities, and other strategic financial support. He is committed to helping businesses thrive by providing innovative and reliable financial solutions.

Steve earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from UW-Oshkosh and his master's degree from UW-Whitewater. Active in his community, Steve serves as a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters, is a board member & treasurer of the Eastern Ridge Home Builders Association, on the Advisory Committee for the Fond du Lac Young Professionals, and contributes to the casino night Committee and membership committee. He also volunteers as a youth mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac. Steve and his wife, Jenna, reside in Fond du Lac. In his free time, Steve enjoys working on his family's 1,000-acre beef farm and following Wisconsin sports teams, including the Brewers, Bucks, Packers, and Wisconsin Herd.
