Our Employee Volunteers

At Bank First, community involvement starts with our people. From beach cleanups and youth sports coaching to serving on nonprofit boards and attending Rotary meetings, our employees generously share their time, talent, and expertise with causes that matter most to them. Their passion for giving back helps strengthen local organizations and creates meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work.

Supporting Volunteerism

All hourly employees receive eight hours of Volunteer Time Off each year
Bank-wide initiatives like Power of Community Week (April) and Make a Difference Day (October)
Individual and team volunteer opportunities throughout the year
Monthly Casual for a Cause jeans day donations

We believe community service is one of the most meaningful ways we can make a difference. Every hour volunteered represents an investment in our communities and reflects our commitment to building strong relationships, supporting local needs, and practicing responsible, community-focused banking.

Amplify Your Impact Initiative

Our Amplify Your Impact initiative encourages employees to share their volunteer efforts and inspire others to get involved.

For every hour volunteered with an eligible nonprofit:

Employees are entered into a monthly gift card drawing
Bank First donates $100 to the employee’s selected nonprofit

Guidelines:

Requests must be submitted to your local Bank First office at least four weeks prior to the event.
Our committee will review your request and will follow up if support is approved.

While we can’t support every request, we’re grateful for the opportunity to learn about your organization and its impact.
