Bank First Corporation Appoints SriRaj Kantamneni, Tracy Pearson, and Bill Ring to its Board of Directors
MANITOWOC, WI, July 23, 2026 – Mike Molepske, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Bank First Corporation (NASDAQ: BFC), announced that SriRaj Kantamneni, Tracy Pearson, and Bill Ring were elected to the Boards of Directors of Bank First and Bank First Corporation, effective June 16, 2026. Each director brings extensive leadership experience and diverse expertise to support the Bank's continued growth, innovation, and commitment to serving its customers, communities, and shareholders.
SriRaj Kantamneni serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Information & Digital Officer at Schreiber Foods, where he leads the company's information technology, cybersecurity, and digital growth initiatives. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in digital technologies, data strategy, and large-scale transformation, he has guided global initiatives across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, logistics, and operations. Prior to joining Schreiber Foods, he held a variety of leadership positions at Cargill, including Managing Director of Digital Insights. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Kantamneni also serves on the Board of Directors for Wello and is actively involved with professional organizations, including InspireCIO, WisconsinCIO, and Azul Ocean Ventures. His expertise in technology, innovation, cybersecurity, and digital transformation will help support the Board's strategic oversight as the financial services industry continues to evolve.
Tracy Pearson serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Made by Gather, a designer and manufacturer of modern, design-forward small kitchen appliances. She is also the Founder & Principal of Elevated Insights, LLC, where she provides strategic consulting and investment advisory services focused on leadership development, operational transformation, and corporate governance. Pearson brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in strategic growth, operational transformation, corporate governance, and financial restructuring. A Certified Public Accountant, she has held senior leadership roles across multiple industries, including President and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and board advisory positions. Throughout her career, she has led mergers and acquisitions, organizational turnarounds, leadership development initiatives, and long-term growth strategies. Pearson earned her MBA from Boston College and her Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College. She is actively involved with Junior Achievement and serves as a Pet Therapy Volunteer with Horizon Hospice. She is also a member of several professional organizations, including Financial Executives International and Milwaukee Women, Inc. Known for guiding organizations through complex transformations, Pearson brings valuable expertise in strategic growth, financial oversight, and corporate governance to the Bank First Board.
Bill Ring serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dalco Metals, Inc., a manufacturing and metals distribution company headquartered in Walworth, Wisconsin. He has led the organization as President for nearly three decades and has extensive experience in business operations, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. Ring earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from UW–Madison. He has a longstanding history of community and industry involvement, including service on the former First National Bank and Trust Company Board of Directors, leadership roles with the Metals Service Center Institute, Rotary, local nonprofits, and numerous community organizations throughout Walworth County. Ring’s combination of business leadership, board governance experience, and deep community ties will provide a valuable perspective to the Bank First Board.
