Bank First Promotes Jessica Hernandez to Senior Vice President – Treasury Management
MANITOWOC, WI, July 20, 2026 -- Bank First (NASDAQ: BFC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Hernandez to Senior Vice President – Treasury Management. Jessica joined Bank First in January 2026 through the First National Bank and Trust merger and brings more than 20 years of banking experience to her position. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, relationship building, and helping businesses achieve their financial goals. "Jessica is a proven leader who combines deep industry knowledge with a commitment to remarkable customer service," said Jason Krepline, Chief Lending Officer at Bank First. "She has done an exceptional job leading our Treasury Management team, strengthening client relationships, and helping businesses navigate their financial needs. In her role at Bank First, Jessica leads the Bank's Treasury Management sales and support teams and oversees the development, implementation, and management of treasury management solutions for business clients. She works closely with businesses to provide products and services that improve efficiency, strengthen cash flow management, and support long-term growth. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Rock Valley College.
Active in her community, Jessica serves as Board Chair for the Stateline Family YMCA. She has also held leadership and volunteer roles with her children's school parent organization and the Downtown Beloit Association. In addition, she regularly volunteers through her local church, school, and youth sports activities, and previously volunteered with Beloit Meals on Wheels for several years.
