Bank First Welcomes Michael Aschinger as Physical Security Officer
MANITOWOC, WI, March 19, 2026 -- Bank First (NASDAQ: BFC) is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Aschinger as Physical Security Officer. Michael brings extensive experience in security, crisis response, and organizational leadership. He retired as a Command Sergeant Major from the U.S. Army and Army Reserves after 24 years of service. His career includes supporting disaster response efforts, overseeing federal contractor operations, managing security at HSHS hospitals in northeast Wisconsin, and law enforcement roles as Chief Deputy and Search and Rescue Coordinator. In his new role, Michael will oversee physical security for the Bank’s branch network, manage security systems, monitor compliance with security protocols, coordinate incident response, and work with teams to safeguard Bank First’s employees, customers, and facilities.

Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Norbert College, a Master of Arts in Human Services – Executive Leadership from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Upper Iowa University. He is active in the community as a youth basketball and baseball coach and serves as a Suicide Prevention Instructor for nonprofit, law enforcement, and military organizations. He is also a chaplain and trustee for VFW Post 2037 and a member of several professional organizations, including the Project Management Institute Northeast Wisconsin Chapter, the Association of the U.S. Army, and the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
