Although Brad is based in our Tomah office, he also travels across the state to serve our clients.

Brad Rahmlow, Region President, joined Bank First in 2018 and has over 20 years of banking experience specializing in agricultural solutions. In addition to providing leadership to the Bank’s West Region, Brad is responsible for overseeing and growing Bank First’s agricultural banking business unit, serving farmers and other agricultural support businesses throughout the State of Wisconsin. Brad’s approach centers on deeply understanding his customers' businesses. By taking the time to grasp the intricacies of their operations, he can better anticipate their financial needs across the various cycles they will experience. This understanding allows him to craft financing plans that are flexible and responsive, ensuring that his customers have the support they need, whenever they need it.

Brad earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UW - Platteville and attended the Graduate School of Banking at UW - Madison. Active in his community, Brad is involved with the Black River Falls High School Boosters, the Jackson County Dairy Promotion Committee, the Jackson County Junior Livestock Committee, the Black River Falls Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Greater Tomah Area Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers as a youth basketball and baseball coach.

Brad prioritizes supporting his kids in their chosen activities. When the family isn’t on a baseball field or at the gym, Brad enjoys spending summer days at Lake Wisconsin with his wife and their three children.
