Josiah Gamroth, Retail Banking Officer, joined Bank First in March 2022 with 10 years of mortgage lending experience. He enjoys helping customers find the right loan and ensuring they are comfortable throughout the process – from application to closing and beyond.
Josiah grew up in the Lake Country and Watertown area and graduated from Lake Country Lutheran High School in Hartland. He attended Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Science in Small Business Administration and a minor in Economics. A dedicated community member, Josiah is an Affiliate Member of the Jefferson County Board of Realtors and an active participant in the Watertown Chamber of Commerce, supporting local business initiatives. Outside of the office, Josiah enjoys traveling, staying active, and attending local events where he often represents Bank First and engages with the community.
