Josiah Gamroth, Retail Banking Officer, joined Bank First in March 2022 with 10 years of experience in the lending industry, most recently specializing in mortgage loan origination. He enjoys assisting customers in finding the loan product that fits their specific situation and strives to help them feel comfortable throughout the entire financing process—from application to loan closing and beyond.
Josiah grew up in Oconomowoc and graduated from Lake Country Lutheran High School in Hartland. He attended Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, earning a bachelor’s degree in small business administration and a minor in economics. A dedicated community member, Josiah is an Affiliate Member of the Jefferson County Board of Realtors and an active participant in the Watertown Chamber of Commerce, where he supports local business initiatives. Outside of the office, Josiah enjoys staying active by taking daily walks around Fowler Lake in Oconomowoc, working out at the YMCA, and attending local events, where he often represents Bank First and engages with the community.
