MoneyPass ATMs

Posted in Financial Tips

When you’re on the road, access to cash can be as close as the nearest ATM, but how do you avoid paying those pesky ATM fees and what does “surcharge-free” really mean?

Some ATM owners charge a fee whenever you use it to withdraw cash, check your balance, or make another transaction. A surcharge-free ATM is one that does not charge additional fees to use their services.

At Bank First, we’re part of the MoneyPass Network which gives personal debit card users access to nearly 40,000 free ATMs nationwide! While you may find a few gas stations and local businesses who have free ATM services, next time you’re on the hunt for an ATM, avoid paying fees with these simple steps:

  • Look for the MoneyPass® logo on the ATM and use your Bank First personal debit card surcharge-free.
  • Find the nearest ATM at moneypass.com.
  • Bank First goBank mobile app users can find a quick link to the MoneyPass ATM Locator in the “More” tab.
