Setting Account Alerts

Posted in Security, Financial Tips

Account alerts are a simple way to stay on top of your bank account activity! Receive a text, email, or app notification for a wide-range of alerts including when your balance is low, a deposit is received, or when someone has accessed your online banking account.

Get started today with real time alerts!

From Online Banking:

  • Select "Alerts" from the top right. If you are new to Online Banking, enroll from the home tab.
  • The "Overview" tab shows your current alerts set.
  • You can set new and manage current alerts in the "Alert Options" tab. A wide-range of alerts include login notifications, low balance, transactions, transfer, card transactions, and more!
  • Choose your notification options in the "Contact Options" tab (email, text, or in-app).

From the Mobile App:

  • Access alerts from the “Accounts” or "More" tabs.
  • Simply switch on push notifications to get started.
  • Set and manage account and security alerts, view scheduled alerts and alert history, and set how you want to receive your alerts.
  • In addition, our mobile app offers a more comprehensive way to manage your Bank First cards, including card controls and transaction alerts.
