Amanda Sitkiewitz, Market President, joined Bank First in 2012 and has over 20 years of banking experience. She works with businesses of all sizes, providing tailored financial solutions to help them thrive. Her goal is to build long-term relationships by understanding their needs and assisting them in meeting their financial goals. Amanda is dedicated to supporting growth and prosperity in the business community and offers reliable financial guidance to drive long-term success.

Amanda collaborates closely with retail bankers to foster community engagement, ensure exceptional customer service, and promote the bank throughout the greater Manitowoc area. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from UW-Green Bay. Actively involved in her community, Amanda serves on the finance committees of Progress Lakeshore and the Manitowoc-Two Rivers YMCA, holds the role of treasurer for CORE Treatment Services, and participates in the Manitowoc County Board of Realtors and the Manitowoc Home Builders Association.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling, paddle boarding, home improvement projects, and being a part-time fitness instructor.
