Fraud Alert: Be Cautious of Impersonation Scams
Scammers may contact customers by phone or text claiming to be from Bank First's ACH Department and asking you to verify ACH files or click a link.
Please remember:
- Bank First will not call or text you to ask for online banking credentials, one-time passcodes, or to verify ACH transactions.
- Do not click links or respond to unexpected calls or text messages claiming to be from Bank First.
- Phone numbers and caller ID can be spoofed to look legitimate.
If you receive a suspicious call or message:
- Do not engage or provide any information.
- Hang up immediately.
- Contact your local Bank First office using a trusted phone number.
Protecting your account information is important. If something does not seem right, contact us directly.
