Frequently Asked Questions
When will the transition take place?
Bank First Digital will officially launch on Monday, November 10!
Why is Bank First upgrading its Digital Banking platform?
This upgrade is guided by customer feedback and our commitment to continual improvement. It is designed to better meet your needs by delivering a seamless, intuitive experience, improving reliability, and expanding functionality with new tools and features that make managing your money easier and more convenient.
Is the upgrade for both retail and business customers?
Yes. Bank First Digital brings everything together in one cohesive platform. Instead of separate systems and apps, both personal and business banking will be managed through the same app and online platform. You’ll still see the features that matter most to you, but now it’s all in one place for a simpler, more consistent experience.
Will I need to re-enroll in Bank First's Digital Banking platform?
No. You will not need to re-enroll. Your existing username and password will carry over, so you can access the new platform without setting up a new profile.
Will there be any downtime during the upgrade?
Yes. Some services will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade weekend beginning Friday, November 7. We’ll share the specific timing and any actions you may need to take well in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.
Will I need to download a new mobile app?
Starting Monday, November 10:
- If you use the Bank First goBank app, it may update automatically depending on your phone’s settings. If it doesn’t, you can manually update it through your device’s app store.
- If you use the Bank First Business app, you’ll need to download the Bank First goBank app from the App Store or Google Play and delete the old Business app.
Will I receive communications about the upgrade?
Yes. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, from helpful reminders to step-by-step instructions, so you’ll feel prepared and confident when the new platform goes live.
Can I still use the old URL to log in to Digital Banking?
No. Beginning Monday, November 10, the old URL will no longer work. If you’ve bookmarked the login page, be sure to update it to the new site on launch day. You can also access Digital Banking directly through the Bank First website or the Bank First goBank app.
What if I have questions or need help along the way?
We’re here to help! If you have questions before, during, or after launch, contact your local Bank First office. Our team will walk you through the transition and ensure you feel confident using the new platform.
