Aron Bussan, VP - Business Banking, has over 25 years of experience in commercial and business banking, serving customers throughout the Janesville area. He works closely with business owners to analyze financial needs, provide lending guidance, and support new and existing relationships.

Aron earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UW-Platteville. He actively supports several local non-profit organizations, serving as Treasurer of the Hedberg Public Library Foundation Board, Board President of the Janesville Community Day Care Center, and Board VP of KANDU Industries. Additionally, he chairs the United Way Campaign Committee Board, leads both the Annual Fund and Spring Fling Committees at OLA School, and serves as a Finance Council Member for OLA School and Parish.
