Friends & Family Pilot Program
help shape the future of digital banking!
Pilot Program Overview
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new Digital Banking platform, and we’d love your help to make it a success! As part of our exclusive Friends and Family Program, you’ll be among the first to explore the upgraded platform, discover new features and enhancements, and provide valuable feedback that will help refine the experience ahead of the official launch in November. Plus, you’ll earn a $50.00 account credit* for completing a few simple tasks!
What to Expect
The pilot will run from Thursday, October 9, to Friday, October 24. During this time, you'll establish pilot-only credentials, separate from your current username and password, to access Bank First Digital across all devices. Your current access will remain unchanged throughout the pilot, so you can continue managing your accounts as usual while exploring the new platform.
While your encouraged to use the platform as you normally would, we also invite you to explore features beyond your everyday tasks. This broader engagement helps generate more meaningful feedback and ensures participants experience Bank First Digital’s full capabilities.
Please note: Bill Pay, Zelle®, and external transfers are intentionally disabled in the pilot environment to ensure a controlled and stable testing experience. These features will be available when Bank First Digital officially launches.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Friends & Family Pilot?
As part of our exclusive Friends & Family Pilot Program, you'll be among the first to explore the upgraded platform, discover new features and enhancements, and provide valuable feedback that will help refine the experience ahead of the official launch in November.
This pilot is a chance to test-drive the platform before it goes live, and the insights we receive will play a key role in shaping the final version.
When is the pilot?
The pilot runs from Thursday, October 9, to Friday, October 24.
How do I sign up?
Simply fill out the form right here on this page! If you’re selected, we’ll send you all the details you need to get started.
Is there a deadline to sign up?
Yes. The enrollment deadline is Friday, September 26.
Will everyone who submits a form be selected?
We may not be able to include everyone who signs up, but we hope to welcome as many participants as possible. Our goal is to gather feedback from a variety of customers with different needs and devices, so we can make Bank First Digital the best it can be for everyone. If you’re not selected this time, you’ll still be among the first to hear about the official launch!
What if I submit a form but aren't selected?
If you’re not selected for the pilot this time, we’ll let you know by email and thank you for your interest. You’ll still be among the first to hear about the official launch of Bank First Digital, and we hope you’ll try out the new platform when it’s available to everyone!
Can participants opt out of the pilot after signing up?
Yes. Participation in the pilot is completely voluntary. If you decide you no longer want to take part, you can simply stop using the pilot platform at any time. Only those who complete the pilot and submit the feedback survey will be eligible for the reward.
Is the current system available during the pilot?
Yes. You can continue using our current Online and Mobile Banking platforms as usual. Participating in the pilot will not affect your regular access.
Can I keep using my current banking app while testing the new one?
Yes. You can use both your current app and the new Bank First Digital app during the pilot, so your regular banking won’t be interrupted.
Will I need to download a new app?
Yes. If you’re selected for the pilot, we’ll send you clear instructions and a link to download the pilot version of the app.
Is the pilot app available on all devices?
No. Due to how Android devices install the test app, which replaces the live Bank First goBank, individuals using Android devices are not eligible for the pilot. The pilot app is available only for iPhone (iOS) users.
Are all features available during pilot?
No. Bill Pay, Zelle®, and external transfers are intentionally disabled in the pilot environment to ensure a controlled and stable testing experience. These features will be fully available when the new platform launches
Will settings and preferences carry over after pilot?
Some settings and preferences will carry over, while others will not. Specific actions taken during the pilot may impact the live environment. A detailed checklist will be provided to all participants so you know exactly what will and will not carry over.
How is feedback collected?
Participants will complete a brief survey to share their experiences, suggestions, and overall impressions. Honest and constructive feedback is essential, as it directly informs improvements and refinements to the platform before launch.
When will the survey be available?
The feedback survey will be included in the email communication sent to participants the week of October 6. Participants will also receive reminders throughout the pilot so the survey is easily accessible
What is the deadline to complete the feedback survey?
To qualify for the $50.00 account credit, the feedback survey must be submitted by Friday, October 24. Participants will receive reminders throughout the pilot to help ensure it is completed on time.
Is bug or issue tracking required?
No formal bug tracking is required. Instead, participants should note any issues, areas that seem unclear, or anything that doesn’t feel intuitive directly in the feedback survey. General observations are just as valuable as specific issues.
What should participants pay attention to while testing?
While participants are encouraged to use the platform as usual, we invite you to explore features beyond your everyday tasks. This broader engagement helps generate more meaningful feedback and allows users to fully experience the platform’s capabilities, including its new features and enhancements.
What if issues or questions come up during the pilot?
Participants are encouraged to try the self-service prompts or connect with real-time support via Chat, which will be available in the new Digital Banking experience. Chat is securely authenticated and can assist with account-specific questions. For additional support, you can also contact our Guest Services team by calling (920) 652-3300 during regular business hours.
Will participants receive a reward for participating?
Yes. As a thank-you for your time and feedback, all pilot participants who meet the program requirements will receive a $50.00 account credit*.
What are the requirements to qualify for the $50.00 account credit?
To qualify for the $50.00 account credit, participants must first be selected by Bank First to participate in the pilot. They must also have an active Bank First checking account, login credentials for personal online banking, and submit the feedback survey by Friday, October 24.
Can participants qualify if they don't have a Bank First checking account?
