Joe Shere, AVP - Business Banking, brings over 20 years of banking experience spanning residential lending, retail bank management, and commercial banking. He focuses on building strong, long-term relationships and helping business clients access the financial tools they need to grow. Joe provides tailored financing solutions and connects customers with additional services as their needs evolve.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from UW-Whitewater and is a graduate of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. He is active in the community through his service on Forward Janesville’s Government Relations Committee and as Board President of Janesville Youth Baseball and Softball Association, where he also coaches. In addition, he coaches youth basketball for Milton Youth Basketball. Outside of work, Joe enjoys camping, hunting, and spending time with his family. He resides in Janesville with his wife, Carrie, and their four children.
