John Alf, VP - Business Banking, brings more than 15 years of experience in financial services. With a background rooted in agriculture, he brings a practical, firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s farming operations. John combines industry expertise with a relationship-driven approach to deliver tailored, effective financial solutions for his clients.

John holds degrees in Agriculture and Animal Science, along with a minor in Finance, from UW-Platteville. John remains deeply engaged in the agricultural community as a member of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation, the Rock County Ag Business Council, and the Milton FFA Alumni. He also serves as President of the American Hampshire Sheep Association.  Outside of work, John enjoys CrossFit, working on the farm, and raising a flock of purebred Hampshire sheep with his wife and daughter.
