Julie Luker, Assistant Vice President - Retail Banking, joined Bank First in January 2013. She has over 25 years of retail banking experience assisting customers with both their deposit and loan needs. Having extensive experience as a mortgage loan officer, she takes pride in successfully helping families with their home financing goals. She appreciates the personal relationships that develop from working closely with homeowners and buyers as they navigate together through the home financing process, and personally responding to their banking questions long after the loan is closed.
Julie enjoys volunteering in her community, her family's church, the Realtor Association of Northeast Wisconsin (RANW), and local builder associations. She is a former board member of Winnegamie Home Builders Association (WHBA) and 2022 recipient of their Associate Member Award. Julie was recognized with RANWs Jim Smith Excellence in Professionalism Award in 2023, and is a previous recipient of the RANW Affiliate of the Year Award.
Julie has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marian University, and earned her Associate’s degree from UW-Oshkosh. She helps manage her family businesses, and in her free time enjoys outdoor activities, running, circuit training, reading, and spending time with her husband, their three sons, and friends.
