Kelsey Beaver, Retail Banking Officer and Trainer, returned to Bank First in May 2023. With 15 years of experience in client relationships and 8 years in the banking industry, Kelsey is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to homebuyers. She specializes in guiding borrowers through each phase of the loan process, from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Kelsey is also deeply committed to community service. She serves on the boards of the Manitowoc - Two Rivers YMCA, the Manitowoc Chamber of Commerce as secretary, the Lakeshore Childcare Center, and Kati’s Legacy Fund, which supports the Brain Aneurysm Foundation. Kelsey is also involved with the Manitowoc County Board of Realtors, the Manitowoc County Homebuilders Association, and the 100+ Women Who Care organization, participating on committees across these organizations. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Kelsey enjoys a variety of seasonal activities, with a special fondness for summer. During the warmer months, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, visiting the beach, and exploring Wisconsin’s scenic beauty with her daughter, Ollie.
