Mike Vaughan, Senior Vice President – Business Banking, joined Bank First in 2024 and has over 26 years of experience in the banking industry. He has held senior leadership positions throughout his career, including Market President and Senior Vice President of Business Banking. His extensive expertise spans the credit department and business banking sector, allowing him to offer personalized financial guidance and help clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence. Mike aims to be a trusted partner, providing expertise and support at every step.

Mike earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the UW – Oshkosh. He is deeply committed to his community, volunteering as a 13U Baseball Coach for Winneconne and serving on the boards of the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation, the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation Finance Committee, and the Oshkosh Southwest Rotary.

Mike resides in Winneconne with his wife and their two sons. In addition to his professional and community commitments, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and coaching.
