What You’ll Need to Apply

To make the process as smooth as possible, be sure to have the following on hand for each applicant:

• Social Security Number
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (such as a Driver’s License)
• Physical Address (P.O. boxes are not allowed)

Businesses: Currently, digital account opening is available for LLCs and Sole Proprietors. For corporate or complex accounts, our team is ready to assist you at your local Bank First branch.

Important Information:

• You’ll need to be at least 18 years old to apply. Minor accounts require a Parent or Guardian during the application process.
• Online account opening is available for legal residents of the United States, and residents of Wisconsin or existing Bank First customers.
• Please note that additional documents may be requested during the application process.
