Scott Bordwell, SVP - Business Banking, has more than 37 years of experience in business banking and commercial lending, bringing steady leadership and trusted guidance to customers and colleagues alike. Scott works with businesses to help them navigate growth, change, and long-term planning. His relationship-focused approach ensures customers receive consistent support as their needs evolve.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from UW-Whitewater. He has served on numerous community boards and organizations, including Forward Janesville, Crimestoppers, the Janesville Police & Fire Commission, the City of Janesville Revolving Loan Fund, United Way Blackhawk Region, and UW Rock County Foundation. Scott is also a founding member of Chasing Chad, a nonprofit supporting brain tumor research and patient support in memory of his brother.
