Shawn Murphy, VP - Business Banking, brings nearly 15 years of experience across commercial lending, mortgage lending, loss mitigation, and retail banking. He works extensively with manufacturing, industrial, and healthcare businesses. Shawn partners with business owners to structure financing solutions that support stability and long-term success. 

Shawn earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from UW-La Crosse and furthered his expertise through post-bachelor’s studies at the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison. He is actively involved in the communities he serves, including serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Geneva Lake West Rotary Club and as President of the Board of Directors for the Walworth County Economic Development Alliance (WCEDA). He enjoys an active lifestyle that includes biking, swimming, sailing, and golfing, as well as exploring Wisconsin’s outdoors and traveling with his family.
