Steve Diehl, Business Banking Representative, joined Bank First in 2019. His primary objective is to build a partnership with his clients, establishing trust, rapport, and an open line of communication for a long-lasting business relationship. Steve ensures his clients receive value-adding insights and advice beyond basic banking services, such as industry trends, market opportunities, and other strategic financial support. He is committed to helping businesses thrive by providing innovative and reliable financial solutions. 

Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from UW – Oshkosh and his master’s degree from UW – Whitewater. He recently graduated from Leadership Fond du Lac and is an inaugural Wisconsin Bankers Association Leadership Academy member running from April 2024 through July 2025. Steve is a board member of the Eastern Ridge Home Builders Association and participates in the Young Professionals of Fond Du Lac, where he also serves as a Program and Events Committee member. Additionally, Steve volunteers as a youth mentor, a big ambassador for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac, and a general volunteer for Battle on the Bago in Oshkosh.

In his free time, Steve enjoys working at his family’s 1,000-acre beef farm when he is home. He follows many Wisconsin sports teams, such as the Brewers, Bucks, Packers, and Wisconsin Herd, and enjoys attending games whenever possible.
